Senior Structural Engineer
We are seeking a qualified Senior Structural Engineer to lead static calculations, Eurocode-compliant designs, and building permit documentation for large-scale industrial and residential projects across Austria. In this role, you will coordinate directly with municipal authorities (Baubehörde) and guide a team of junior engineers. You will bring hands-on experience in modern BIM workflows and structural analysis software to deliver high-quality, sustainable building projects.
Areas of expertise
- Perform static calculations and load analysis for steel, concrete, and timber structures.
- Develop structural design plans in compliance with Eurocodes and Austrian national standards (ÖNORM).
- Create building permit documents (Einreichplanung) and coordinate with building authorities (Baubehörde).
- Lead BIM modeling and engineering analysis using software such as Revit, Sofistik, or Dlubal RFEM.
- Provide technical consultation to clients, architects, and construction site managers.
- Conduct structural safety assessments and engineering inspections for existing buildings.
